Job Details:
We are looking to fill a Project Manager role for a digital marketing agency. We need someone to help oversee our company process via Clickup and help manage the team of VAs and their tasks. You would be managing and monitoring the company’s workflow and making sure the content creation VAs, technical VAs, video production VAs, social media VAs, and other members are all working efficiently and hitting objectives. You would be overseeing all the components of the company’s functions and reporting back directly to the CEO. Essentially, you’d be the CEO’s right-hand person in the field.
The Company:
We are a small digital marketing agency in New Jersey, USA specializing in helping lawyers with their marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Managing the company’s Clickup software
-Managing multiple virtual assistants and making sure targets are met
-Working with a team of 8-10 people to ensure production is running smoothly
-Helping us implement best practices to be as efficient as possible
-Working as the CEO’s right-hand person
Detailed Qualifications:
-Proven experience in Project Management.
Technical Qualifications:
-Proficient in English
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Google suite proficient: gmail, sheets, docs, slides, etc.
-Clickup and project management tool proficiency
Salary and Details:
This is a part-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 20 hours per week.
The hours are Mon-Fri 11am-3pm EST (Eastern standard time). That is a 13 hour time difference from you-12am-4am Philippine time would be the converted schedule for you.
Please note, there will be a potential opportunity to go full time in the future, depending on performance. Therefore, please apply only if you fully understand that this is currently a part-time role, but with a need to be flexible for the future in case it goes full time. There is no set date for when this goes full time, so apply accordingly (don’t waste your time and ours if you really need full time now).
The pay is $5 an hour to start.
On average, 3-6 major U.S. holidays paid: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.)
3 paid sick/vacation days after a 3-month probationary period (this is on top of the major holidays listed above).
Guaranteed 1 year raise (minimum 10%-20%).

Start date: sometime around November 21st. A set date will be provided after interviewing.
You will be an independent contractor. You will get paid via Payoneer twice a month.
