We are a fast-growing and dynamic organization dedicated to operational excellence and growth. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Lead to provide essential support to the CEO and COO. This is a key leadership role that focuses on overseeing projects, driving task completion, and maintaining seamless coordination, with a strong emphasis on organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Job Description:
The Project Manager Lead will play a pivotal role in managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth operations for the leadership team. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives while ensuring effective communication and follow-up. About half of your time will be spent participating in or leading meetings, taking detailed notes, and organizing action points for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
*Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with company goals.
*Monitor progress on team tasks and provide regular updates to leadership.
*Use tools like Asana or Trello to manage, organize, and track project workflows.
*Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges and risks in project timelines.

Meeting Coordination and Follow-Up:
*Participate in or lead meetings (internal and external) for approximately 50% of your time.
*Prepare detailed agendas and take accurate notes, including decisions, deadlines, and action items.
*Ensure post-meeting action points are effectively communicated and tracked to completion.

Leadership Support:
*Serve as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.
*Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation of projects and meeting outcomes.
*Prioritize and manage incoming requests to optimize workflows for the CEO and COO.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication:
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
*Ability to summarize and articulate project details, action points, and updates clearly.
Organization:
*Outstanding organizational skills for managing schedules, tasks, and deliverables effectively.
*High attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactivity and Problem-Solving:
*Self-motivated to identify challenges and propose actionable solutions.
*Strong ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency across teams.
Adaptability:
*Comfortable learning and integrating new tools, systems, and methodologies independently.

Technical Skills:
*Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Trello.
*Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is a plus.
