Project Manager (Hubspot Expert)

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Project Manager Expert to oversee and manage all HubSpot-related projects for our company and clients. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing HubSpot solutions, and ensuring successful project execution to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess advanced HubSpot expertise combined with strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver HubSpot-related projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with company and client objectives.
HubSpot Implementation: Manage the setup and configuration of HubSpot accounts, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, for internal and client use.
Automations and Workflows: Oversee the creation and optimization of automated workflows, processes, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
Content Development Oversight: Ensure the successful design and deployment of landing pages, blogs, forms, and downloadable resources in line with project goals.

Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute email marketing projects, ensuring segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking align with project objectives.
Client Account Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their HubSpot accounts, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align HubSpot projects with overall business strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project outcomes, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members and clients on HubSpot tools and processes as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on HubSpot-related projects.
Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales processes, and inbound methodologies.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools within HubSpot.
HubSpot certifications in project management or related fields are a plus.
