Project Manager (Ecommerce Digital Agency)

CommerceMate is a full-service e-commerce agency based out of Los Angeles, California, with a great portfolio of clients and an excellent reputation. Our team of designers, developers, solutions architects, and e-comm consultants is growing, and we are looking for more talented people to join our team. We launch and optimize Shopify Plus stores for some of the best DTC brands on the planet.

Position:

We seek a Project Manager with a deep understanding of DTC e-commerce and Shopify space. You will take charge of e-commerce projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

Estimate, scope, and manage projects,
Use your problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope while maintaining client happiness.
Mitigate risks and avoid scope creep.
Work with the design, development, and client teams to maintain processes and improve efficiency.
Manage day-to-day efforts and remove roadblocks for the internal team.
Multitasking and thriving under pressure (only sometimes).

Experience:

Experience in e-commerce, particularly the Shopify platform, is a must.
Experience working as a PM at an agency or software development company is a huge plus.
Fluent English.
Fundamentals of software development.
