JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an energetic, proactive Project Manager to manage and lead our cross-functional team at a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in the alcoholic beverage industry. Your primary focus will be team leadership, employee accountability, and operational efficiency—making sure internal and external deliverables consistently meet high standards without gaps or delays. You're not just managing projects; you're managing people, ensuring clarity, productivity, and results.

This job will be US EST time 8am-5:30pm (PH night shift).

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Management & Accountability
-Directly manage teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across fulfillment, advertising, client success, and administrative roles.
-Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations, holding teaUpgrade to see actual infombers accountable for performance, quality, and deadlines.
-Proactively identify performance gaps, mentor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight & Team Coordination
-Lead daily teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, clearly communicating deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
-Maintain a holistic view of internal and external projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals.
-Act as the key operational point of contact, reducing CEO involvement in day-to-day team management.

Systems & Efficiency Implementation
-Utilize tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, Loom, and WordPress, ensuring streamlined workflows and clear communication.
-Leverage AI and automation platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, AI agents, n8n) to enhance team productivity and operational effectiveness.

Strategic Reporting & Communication
-Provide clear, concise daily and weekly performance updates to the CEO, outlining achievements, areas for improvement, and operational status.
-Serve as the communication link between teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and senior leadership, ensuring smooth information flow.

Qualifications & Experience:
-5+ years managing teams in a digital marketing or similar fast-paced agency environment.
-Proven success in employee management, accountability, and performance improvement.
-Proficiency with project management and communication tools (Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, Loom).

-Familiarity or strong interest in AI-driven operational efficiency and automation platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, n8n).
