Project Manager (Client Facing) For Singapore Based Digital Agency

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven experience in managing SEO and Paid Ads campaigns, while facing and reporting to clients remotely.

The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing knowledge, the ability to coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and report and be accountable to clients.

This role is client-facing and requires excellent communication, team management, and ownership of tasks, ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee campaign coordination, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly client meetings to present campaign results, performance insights, and strategy updates.
- Work with small teams, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives efficiently.
- Utilize Asana, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools for campaign tracking, reporting, and project management.
- Generate detailed digital marketing reports to present to clients.
- Ensure all projects align with client goals and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge of SEO (Link building, internal linking, keyword research, executing and managing link building campaigns, familiar with tools like Ahrefs and Pitchbox)
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise clients remotely.
- Experience with Asana, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and digital marketing report generation.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent written and oral English.
- Ability to confidently communicate with high-level enterprise clients via Zoom meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, ensuring accountability across the team.
- You also need a laptop that's fast enough to do Zoom calls, with a minimum 720p webcam and a good microphone.
