Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction or design-related projects from initial planning to final handover. You will manage the project lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders, addressing risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to guarantee high-quality outcomes, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through communication and understanding of their unique needs.
- Collaborate with design teams, construction crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure quality assurance by conducting site inspections and following best industry practices.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates on project status, costs, timelines, and potential issues.
- Uphold safety regulations and ensure compliance with city codes and standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and maintaining satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within construction or design.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Any Project Management certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for stakeholder updates and negotiation.

Tools You Will Use:
- MS Project, Primavera, and other project management software.
- Budget and scheduling tools.
- Communication platforms for client and team coordination.

Working Hours:
- Full-Time : 8AM - 5PM Pacific Time

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
