We are a fast growing marketing agency that works with gyms primarily in the United States, and have been growing rapidly since our start in 2020. The types of employees we are looking for will find excitement being apart of a fast growing company.
This is a senior level position where you will be working with our account managers to support them and their clients. Your primary role will be to help the account managers diagnose and fix tech related problems. Where this is a senior level position your will also be expected to consistently oversee and make updates to existing processes. The ideal candidate will find fulfillment in making things function better through good design.
HOURS:
– Must work 9-6 US Eastern Time
PAY:
– $300/week for 40hrs (negotiable based on experience)

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Complete, manage, and assign tasks in ClickUp (similar to Asana)
– Communicate over Slack with your manager who will be myself (Blake) and the account managers
– Troubleshoot client support tickets that the account managers cannot solve themselves.
– Work together with team and assist in other area such as billing clients, helping sales team with tech related issues, updating or creating new SOPs, create custom marketing funnels, create or update
TOOLS WE USE: ClickUp, SlackZapier, HighLevel, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Domains,
TYPE OF WORK YOU WILL BE DOING:
– Build landing pages on a tool similar to ClickFunnels
– Edit images and infographics in Canva
– Create and edit In Google Sheets
– Basic Video Editing
Each item on this list will require your own creativity, and in time as we grow. With you being one of our early hires, you will
quickly move up to positions that require higher levels of creative thinking. These opportunities will match your strengths and
include things such as building out complex automations to make the company more efficient, media buying, working directly
with clients, becoming the manager of your own team, or anything else that you feel you have a passion for and can be of
value to the company. (I encourage employees to pitch ideas on additional ways they feel they can add value)
