Project Manager (Full-Time)

We are a publishing company specializing in customized content for non-fiction self-publishing, with a focus on alternative healthcare, regenerative medicine, and complementary therapies (chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy, and more). Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and actual project management experience. You will be responsible for coordinating team tasks, tracking multiple projects, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects and ensure they progress according to schedule
Manage and coordinate team tasks efficiently
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and clear communication
Utilize Upgrade to see actual info and other online work platforms to track project progress
Ensure all moving parts of a project are accounted for and nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain good order, structure, and stability in project execution
Address any workflow inefficiencies and optimize processes as needed

Requirements
Actual experience as a Project Manager (this is not a training position)
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent English communication skills (C1 or C2 level) – must be comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
Proficiency with online project management tools (experience with Upgrade to see actual info preferred)
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented – able to track multiple moving parts effectively
A team-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Immediate availability

Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
Remote Position
Start Date: Immediate
