Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will collaborate with Kevin and his team to delegate tasks and manage workflows for various marketing channels and projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management tools, the ability to track tasks and lead meetings, and an organizational mindset to optimize workflows. You will work within ClickUp to build and manage task workflows and take full ownership of project management. The ideal candidate should also be experienced and comfortable in client-facing situations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client and his team to delegate tasks and manage workflows across different marketing channels.
- Lead and participate in meetings to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Work within ClickUp to create and maintain task workflows for the team.
- Troubleshoot and optimize project management systems to improve efficiency.
- Take full ownership of project management, ensuring smooth execution of all tasks and projects.
- Be comfortable with client-facing responsibilities if required in the future.
- Explore and implement AI tools to streamline task organization (bonus, but not required).
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in marketing-related workflows or similar industries.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or comparable project management tools for creating and managing workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, track tasks, and delegate work effectively.
- A solid understanding of marketing terminology to ensure clear communication and task prioritization.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing project management systems to improve team efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and confidence in client-facing interactions when required.
- Availability to work during PST hours to collaborate with the team.
- Familiarity with AI tools
About the role:
- Part-time position at $15/hr, working 20 hours per week
