Description/Information:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO to help focus his priorities, manage high-level operations, and develop efficient systems. This is a highly dynamic role where your responsibilities will evolve over time to meet the company’s needs.
Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize internal systems for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the CEO daily (9:30 AM EDT) to ensure goals and priorities are aligned.
• Maintain and oversee sales funnels to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare social media options for the CEO’s review and approval.
• Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Build client resources, guides, and documentation.
• Conduct initial data collection and outreach for potential leads.
• Oversee and manage other team assistants.
• Handle tasks that haven’t been delegated yet and adapt as responsibilities evolve.
• Be a “focusing” partner to the CEO by helping streamline tasks and priorities.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in creating and maintaining efficient systems and workflows.
• Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales funnel processes and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to manage tea
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities.
• Comfortable working across varying time zones to attend key meetings.
