Key Responsibilities:

Assign tasks to outsourced providers and ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
Track and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor the quality of work being delivered and ensure it aligns with client expectations.
Communicate with the fulfillment team to resolve issues and clarify details.
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Provide regular updates on project status to leadership.

Requirements:
