Job Title: Project Coordinator - Paid Media Team
Location: Permanent Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, exceptional proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to analyze data and create insightful presentations.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:
1- 3 years of experience is required.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing context.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
