THE JOB
As a Project Manager, you will:
Write detailed product specifications based on meetings with the CEO and team or related documents.
Collaborate with team members to ensure specifications align with the product vision.
Communicate requirements effectively to design and engineering teams.
Track project deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Write detailed product specifications based on documents, whiteboard sessions, or meetings with the CEO and team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and clarify product requirements.
Ensure all product requirements are accurately documented and communicated to the engineering and design teams.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Identify and mitigate risks or bottlenecks in the product development process.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution.
Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress and address concerns.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Manager, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
Strong ability to document product requirements, specifications, and workflows.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with wireframing and design tools like Figma and Canva.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Experience in startups, FinTech, or AI environments is a plus.

Salary Range
USA Based: $2,500 - $3,500 per month
Philippines Based: $1,200 - $1,800 per month
