Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Southwest Florida (Remote/On-site)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day


About Us: Real Tours Photography specializes in delivering high-quality visual marketing services to real estate agents and brokers. We pride ourselves on delivering premium photography, videography, and virtual tours that enhance property listings and drive sales.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly with calling and converting leads into clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing the sales process, and supporting the team to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires a mix of leadership skills, the ability to follow established processes, and a sharp focus on the details that drive successful client engagements. Additionally, you will provide assistance to the Client Relationship Manager, schedule client orders, coordinate schedules with photographers, and answer client queries via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Conversion: Contact and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups, converting them into clients by understanding their needs and presenting relevant services.
•Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue potential and hit sales targets.
•Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align lead generation strategies and sales tactics.
•Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and success.
•Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
•Training and Development: Train and mentor new sales team members, helping them understand effective strategies, company services, and industry trends.
•Follow Process and Innovate: Balance being a strong follower of existing processes while also providing innovative ideas to improve the overall sales approach.
•Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensure that all sales activities and client communications are properly documented, with meticulous attention to details.
•Client Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and relay key insights to the team for product or service improvements.
•Client Assistance: Provide assistance to the Client Relationship Manager in managing client needs and expectations.
•Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule client orders, coordinate with photographers to manage schedules, and ensure timely service delivery.
•Client Queries: Respond to client queries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.

Qualifications:
•Critical Thinker: Ability to analyze situations effectively and make well-informed decisions.
•Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, particularly in calling out leads and converting them into clients.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to potential clients.
•Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on details, ensuring all aspects of the sales process are executed smoothly.
•Sales-Focused Mindset: Ability to maintain focus on achieving sales targets while providing outstanding service to clients.
•Adaptability: Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and following established protocols.
•Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative, ask questions when needed, and provide suggestions for improving team performance.
•Team Player: Proven experience working within a collaborative team environment, including both leading and supporting team initiatives.

Preferred Skills:
•Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate (is a plus), marketing services, or related fields.
•CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and experience using them to manage leads and sales activities.
•Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
•Goal-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
