Project Manager

The Role:

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple critical projects, making sure everything stays on track, on budget, and on time. You’ll need to be the kind of person who can juggle a dozen things without breaking a sweat and still find time to check in with the team, provide updates to leadership, and tackle problems before they even become problems.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Lead, plan, and execute multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution.
- Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and third parties to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Own the project timeline like it’s your baby, ensuring milestones are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Regularly update leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively spot and resolve issues, with the kind of foresight that makes you seem like you’ve already seen the future.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams, making sure everything’s aligned and moving in the right direction.
- Be a champion for high standards, ensuring every deliverable is top-notch.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 5+ years of proven project management experience.
- You’ve successfully managed complex projects with multiple moving parts (and did it with style).
- A keen ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and make tough decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello—and if you can also juggle spreadsheets, even better.
- A strong grasp of timelines, budgets, and resources. If it can be measured, you’ll measure it.
- PMP or other certifications? Even better, but if you’ve got the experience, we’re not picky about letters after your name.
