????RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning and Coordination:
-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
-Develop detailed project timelines and resource plans for both website and digital marketing projects.
-Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules, resources, and scopes as needed to meet changing client requirements.

Team Management:
-Coordinate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and digital marketers to ensure efficient task delegation.
-Facilitate clear communication across all teams, maintaining alignment on project goals and timelines
-Conduct regular team check-ins and review deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Client Communication:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing feedback, and managing expectations.
-Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and project debriefs, ensuring transparent communication and strong client relationships.
-Address and resolve client concerns promptly, adapting project deliverables and plans as necessary.

Quality Control and Risk Management:
-Review and approve final deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications, quality standards, and brand consistency.
-Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines or deliverables.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
-Track key project performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Good to have:
-Be able to spot the difference between American and British English
-Have an eye for design
-Familiarity on how marketing/website design and development works
-Experience with copywriting
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop

?Availability: 40 hours/week | (9am-5pm Australia time)
