We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will excel in internal communication, project management tools, product management, and marketing campaign coordination. This role is essential for ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, resources are aligned, and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Time Zone: Must be able to work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communication:
Facilitate effective communication among internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are updated on project progress, changes, and milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tea
Project Management Tools:
Utilize project management tools and systems to maintain accurate records and track project milestones.
Effectively manage team interactions, providing timely updates and ensuring thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Product Management:
Assist in monitoring new product launches, ensuring all necessary steps are followed for a successful launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any challenges and facilitate timely execution.
Marketing Campaign Coordination:
Organize and coordinate the launch of marketing campaigns by working closely with the marketing team and stakeholders.
Ensure all necessary resources—including content, design assets, and marketing materials—are prepared and available for each campaign launch.
Manage adjustments to marketing campaigns based on team requirements, ensuring timely execution of changes.
Work with internal teams to secure necessary campaign approvals, maintaining alignment with project goals.
Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate smooth approval processes.
Follow-Up and Action Items:
Clearly communicate action items to tea
Monitor project progress, following up to ensure timely completion of deliverables and addressing any issues that may arise.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or product management context.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
