About Us: The Farm Soho offers affordable coworking spaces in NYC, with private offices and full-floor office and event spaces. Our online team works with a variety of clients, and we are now looking for a talented Project Manager to join our remote working team.
Position Overview: We seek a Project Manager who can work effectively within a global team, possesses an in-depth understanding of software and technology, and preferably has digital marketing skills. The candidate must have C2 level English proficiency and extensive knowledge of English and American culture.
Responsibilities:
Learn about our products and services
Coordinate with tea
Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
Implement sales marketing processes with technology and assist with process optimizations
Join business calls in the NYC timezone
Take notes and create call summaries
Correspond to
Schedule calendar invites
Conduct outreach and other recurring tasks to optimize all day-to-day processes of the company
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working remotely
Experience working with or at a US company is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English (preferred C2 level)
Typing speed above 45 WPM
Prior start-up culture experience is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines and report to superiors
Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Drive apps
Tech-savvy
Understanding of Trello, Monday,
