The job involves managing clients, helping them find solutions to their WordPress LMS needs and coordinate with client development teams.
The following skills are Non-negotiable skills required:
1. Mastery of the English language is mandatory (We are a Canadian based business, our clients communicate in English)
2. Learndash Expert (You will be tested on this during the interview)
3. WordPress Expert (You should be aware of the WordPress Ecosystem and able to give reasonable recommendations for client concerns on the spot.)
4. Experience setting up and navigating WooCommerce
Preferred skills:
- Technical Understanding (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS)
- Able to do client hosting migrations.
- Familiar with PHP Error logs for diagnosing problems with WordPress sites.
- Understand front-end caching techniques for optimizing page load time.
