Looking for some help with integrating project management softwares into our business to create organized systems.
We are a smaller sized team that focuses on marketing. We run multiple e-commerce stores that focus on advertising through social media.
A majority of the work / tasks for the team will center around marketing ideas, creating a system for content creation, copywriting, website design, etc.
Looking to have someone create a simple, yet effective setup for the business using any of the PM softwares that you recommend. Have tried a few like clickup, monday, notion, asana in the past with very basic understanding.
Ideally, I would love to speak to someone who can listen & implement their recommended system for me. Also some basic training on how to use the new workflow that is built.
