IMPORTANT:

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role range
from CAD$1,100 to CAD$1,600 per month.

This includes:

-A base salary of CAD$600.
-CAD$100 per successful project, where "successful" means the project is delivered within 5 weeks.

Our service focuses on E-commerce landing pages and websites, and we typically onboard 5 to 10 new clients each month.

Job Description: Project Manager/QA Manager at EcomFunnels

EcomFunnels (https://ecomfunnels.io/) is a fast-growing agency specializing in building high-converting e-commerce funnels, custom landing pages, and optimized user experiences.

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to join our team.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across all projects, from onboarding clients to delivering high-quality final products.

-- Key Responsibilities:

?Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring everything stays on track.

?Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, addressing questions, and managing feedback efficiently.

?Team Communication: Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and deliverables.

?CEO Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO, ensuring alignment and accountability for project goals.

?Quality Assurance (QA): Perform thorough checks on all deliverables to maintain the highest standards of quality.

?Tool Management: Use and maintain tools like Monday.com and Slack to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth communication.

?Accountability: Keep all team members (and even the CEO!) accountable for deadlines, deliverables, and the speed of execution.

?Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

?Communication: Fluent in English with a positive, uplifting, and energetic attitude.

?Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

?Proactivity: A self-starter who anticipates roadblocks and finds solutions before they become problems.

?Accountability: Excellent at holding team members accountable for their responsibilities and progress.

?Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and Slack.

??Bonus Points: Experience in e-commerce, CRO, QA, or website design is a big plus!
