Who are we?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, ensure adherence to schedules, and help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage Gantt charts and schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
Track milestones, identify delays, and suggest corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure work aligns with the schedule.
Analyze project drawings and BOQs to determine material requirements.
Research suppliers, compare pricing, and place orders while ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure subcontractors receive updated schedules, job scopes, and safety requirements.
Monitor work progress and compliance with project standards.
Cross-check employee/subcontractor timesheets against project schedules and work completed.
Write clear guidelines for project workflows, safety protocols, and quality control.
Analyze labor, materials, and subcontractor costs to create accurate job pricing and proposal
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or related field.
Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sound knowledge of construction processes.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize effectively.
Strong networking abilities.
Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
