JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an organized, proactive communicator who’s passionate about customer experience and operational excellence? We’re looking for a remote Project Coordinator to help our real estate media company grow by keeping our clients happy, our photographers efficient, and our services top-of-mind.

This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership opportunity. You’ll play a key role in:

- Maintaining top-tier customer service
- Optimizing photographer schedules for efficiency and coverage
- Consulting clients to recommend additional services
- Helping us acquire and onboard new customers

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize team calendars, appointments, and travel time
- Make confirmation calls to verify listing details and recommend the best services
- Conduct care calls to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
- Respond quickly to client inquiries (email, text, phone) with a helpful and solutions-first mindset
- Upsell services based on listing needs and agent goals
- Help onboard new clients and follow up with leads
- Support photographers and editors with project info and timelines
- Take initiative, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and sales skills
- 2+ years in project coordination, customer service, or admin work
- Experience with Google Workspace & CRM tools
- Fast learner, highly organized, and reliable

Compensation & Perks:
- Starting at $6/hr USD
- Performance-based raises and bonuses
- Commission opportunities (care calls, cold calls)
- 5 PTO days after 90 days

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 12PM–5PM CST
(That’s 1AM–6AM Philippine Time, Tuesday to Saturday)
