Job Title: Project Coordinator - Virtual Community Program
Location: Remote
Hours: Flexible (Approximately 25 hours per week)
Compensation: $6/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to assist in launching and managing a virtual community program built around common interests. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to develop and maintain a dynamic online presence. You will help create and manage community engagement strategies, coordinate tasks, and use technology to enhance the virtual experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of a virtual community program centered around common interests.


Collaborate with the team to plan and execute community events, engagement strategies, and content initiatives.


Design and maintain the community website using WordPress or learn WordPress skills as needed.


Utilize AI tools and platforms to develop creative solutions for community engagement and content creation.


Complete assigned tasks promptly, leveraging AI for innovative problem-solving.


Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project management and communication.


Support social media marketing efforts and explore new platforms to increase community visibility and engagement.


Conduct basic data analysis and reporting to measure the success of community initiatives.


Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate various project needs and team collaboration.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
Some college education is preferred.


Competence with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Knowledge of or willingness to learn WordPress for website design and maintenance.


Interest in developing marketing skills through social media and other digital platforms.


Strong communication and organizational skills.


Ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently.


Creative problem-solving skills using AI tools and platforms.


Flexibility in work hours and a proactive approach to learning and growth.



Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with website management, especially using WordPress.


Familiarity with social media marketing techniques and strategies.


Basic knowledge of content creation and digital community building.
