Job Description
The project coordinator is a collaborative member of sales operations and is equipped to make sound supply chain decisions based on an understanding of customer budgets, product and delivery needs and the pricing and profitability of sales orders. Through the lens of sourcing, estimating and order management experience and expertise, the project coordinator actively seeks to enhance customer value and drive account retention to achieve vertical, department and company goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the order/project to ensure accurate communication, on time delivery and products meet or exceed client expectations.
Work with sales members to create estimates and quotes, navigate timelines that will lead to successful outcomes.
Process/ Assign and track customer orders, working closely with sales to ensure all information is translated accurately within the operating system, through supply and production channels.
Prepare quotes and estimates within expected deadlines.
Operate with a customer centric mindset that leads to successful outcomes.
Ensure all order information is translated accurately within the operating system, through supply and production channels.
Manage special requests regarding new products creation.
Manage order issues through solution positioning/costing in collaboration with the rep and directors.
Update Sales Orders with the tech packs, delivery, shipping and costing information.
Effectively prioritize multiple projects with varying levels of urgency and timelines in a high-volume, interrupt-driven environment.
Be open to assisting others as needed, learning and performing applicable duties when called upon.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in math fundamentals
Fluent English (verbal and written) with effective communication skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
Experience working in a collaborative decision making environment, reaching consensus to deliver the best outcomes possible
A Lean and continuous improvement mindset, can see opportunity to reduce waste and create customer value
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Required Experience/Education:
1-2 years experience in a supply chain or sales support role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated use and understanding of ERP software and operating systems, CRM, Google Sheets
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Progressive advancement in learning, job duties and responsibilities within an organization
