Job Overview:
We are a growing web development agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to help balance our finances across Zoho Books and QuickBooks Online. This is a project-based role, and will be focusing on the migration of our financial data from Zoho Books to QBO. We are expecting someone to complete the migration for 1 week or 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

During Migration:
1. Assist with the migration of financial data from Zoho Books to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
2. Ensure accuracy of data transfer, including client invoices, payments, and financial records.
3. Perform monthly bank reconciliation in QBO to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
4. Organise and maintain financial data in QBO.
5. Collaborate with our finance team to resolve any discrepancies during the migration.
6. Provide regular progress updates on the migration process.
7. We are expecting the Bookkeeper to complete the migration task for 1 week or 2 weeks.

After Migration:

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
Handle monthly bank reconciliation in QBO to ensure accuracy and consistency with bank statements.
Maintain organised and accurate financial records in QBO.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with any other regular bookkeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in bookkeeping with Zoho Books and QuickBooks Online - QB is preferred.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliations
3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
5. Proactive and team player
6. Familiarity with ClickUp for task management and project tracking.
