JOB OVERVIEW

COMMISSION BASED - PROFESSIONAL SALES CLOSER:
As a Sales Closer, your primary responsibility will be to follow up on (warm) leads generated through our advertising campaigns and convert them into clients for our Web Design and Content Creation services. You will work directly with prospects, addressing their needs, handling objections, and closing sales to meet monthly quotas. This is a commission-based position with the opportunity to earn based on the number of successful sales you close each month.

Feasible Sales Targets & Earnings Potential:
- The leads you’ll be working with are lower-ticket (low price), making them very feasible to close.
- The leads are WARM LEADS meaning, they are already interested.
- No Fixed Schedule

GOOD NEWS: To give you more insight into the position, you’ll primarily be reaching out to warm leads—these are individuals who have already expressed interest by signing up for our services. This means the conversation is already 90% in your favor! Your role will be to finalize the deal and provide a great experience during your call. While the leads are "low-ticket," our packages are affordable and valuable, so your main task will involve walking them through the offer.

REQUIREMENT
Understanding of Web Design Services: Have a solid grasp of the Web Design services we offer, including what’s included in each package, the pricing, and any additional options. During sales calls, you’ll be expected to confidently explain these details to prospects and highlight the best solutions for their needs. We’ll provide you with all the resources and a simple guide to help you with every call, so you’ll always know how to position our services effectively.

----> Follow Up with Leads: Use provided CRM tools to engage with leads generated through our ad campaigns. Reach out, respond to inquiries, and schedule calls as needed.

----> Sales Calls & Consultations: Conduct sales calls to understand client needs, present offerings, and address questions or concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel.

----> Close Sales: Convert leads into clients by successfully closing the sale for Web Design or Content Creation services.

----> Client Communication: Maintain clear communication with leads throughout the process to build trust, provide necessary information, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Track Sales: Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales using our CRM system. Provide weekly updates on progress and performance.

----> Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Social Media Manager to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and to improve the sales process.

OTHER PROFICIENCY NEEDED:
----> Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong ability to close sales, high level of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

----> Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of Google Suite for scheduling and reporting.

----> Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role. Experience in digital marketing, web design, or content creation is a plus but not required.
