Static Ad Designer Needed - Creative Professional for High-End Digital Advertisements - Figma/Adobe/

We are a growing Digital Advertising Agency with multiple e-commerce clients looking for a talented and professional Static Ad Designer. This is a part-time role where you'll collaborate with our current team of 7.

What We're Looking For
We need an exceptional static ad designer, but more importantly, a reliable team player who consistently delivers quality work on time and is available both weekdays and weekends. Meeting deadlines is critical for our success.

You'll be creating individual static advertisements for each campaign we run for our clients. These designs are typically compact but impactful, based on our clients' branding guidelines.

We're seeking truly high-end, premium designs created in Figma with meticulous attention to detail.

- Minimum 1-year experience designing static digital advertisements
- Proficient in English
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Familiarity with Slack for team communications
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends

BONUS: Experience using AI tools to generate and blend images that match brand aesthetics

Your Responsibilities
1. Create static ad designs based on client branding using our provided copy
2. Design up to 2-3 advertisements daily (mostly for the same client, streamlining your workflow)
3. Collaborate effectively with the team

Growth Opportunity
Our agency is expanding rapidly, and this position offers opportunities for incentive-based pay and salary increases. After 3 months, there will be a guaranteed salary increase.

Compensation: $150 USD biweekly plus a bonus for every winning ad generated (If 4 winning ads generated, then you will be compensated 4 more times)

Hours: 1-2 hours per day (some days will require fewer than 2 designs)
Minimum Commitment: 10-15 hours/week (including weekends)
