As a Production Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us maintain smooth operations, working remotely to support our internal team and ensure that our projects continue to meet the high standards of quality that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities-



Email
& Communication Management:
-Monitor and respond to client emails (e.g., via Gmail and ZenDesk).
-Ensure timely responses to key clients, directing communications to the appropriate team members.
-Maintain clear and organized email inboxes, archiving completed communications.
-Draft professional, client-facing emails, ensuring all responses meet team standards.

Project Logistics:
-Create and update tasks on Monday.com, ensuring new projects are scheduled and tracked.
-Coordinating schedules and preparing project details.
-Maintain spreadsheets and track deliverables, crew assignments, and timelines.
-Ensuring all relevant information is documented and accessible.

Archival & Translation Requests:
-Manage client archive requests, directing them to appropriate forms or providing resources like Vimeo links.
-Coordinate translation projects, ensuring files are submitted accurately via our translation partner.

Administrative Support:
-Update and maintain IMDb project pages and award nominations.
-Assist with ad hoc digital tasks and time-sensitive needs as directed.

And other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software like Monday.com or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Prior experience with ZenDesk or digital filing systems is a plus.
- Required: English proficiency to support diverse client needs.
- Preferred: Comfort and professionalism when appearing on camera for meetings, though not required.

Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position. You’ll collaborate with team members across multiple time zones while supporting our internal operations.

Compensation: The salary for this part-time role ranges from PHP 26,000 to PHP 30,300 per month, which is approximately $520 to $610 USD per month. This translates to an hourly rate of approximately PHP 310 to PHP 360 (or $6.00 to $7.00 USD per hour) based on a 20-hour work week.
