Product/Development Manager (LMS)

Need a product manager with domain knowledge in Learning Management Systems, mainly on the technical side on how the platforms are implemented, usability features and API integration options. Need to know at least 2 of the below. Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard Learn and D2L . Need to know agile/scrum and experienced in project management in development and DevOps. Need to project management development cycles, manage hiring and ensure product delivery on schedule. As the team grows the role is expected to grow into leader for Ph offshore dev centre.
