Product lister/creator

We run an eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple stores in different countries.

This role is primarily focused on product listing and creative content creation for our online stores. You will follow a structured process to ensure high-quality product pages and engaging content. Once familiar with the workflow, this job will become straightforward and efficient.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:
• Shopify (eCommerce platform for product listing and optimization)
• Canva or Photoshop (for creating high-quality product images and creatives)
• Slack (communication channel)
• ChatGPT or similar tools (for product descriptions and ad copies)
Responsibilities:
• Listing new products on Shopify following a clear structure
• Writing compelling and accurate product descriptions
• Editing and optimizing product images for an attractive presentation
• Creating engaging ad creatives for Facebook and other platforms
• Ensuring consistency in product details, pricing, and images
• Updating existing product listings as needed
• Collaborating with the marketing team to improve product performance
• Maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy
We will provide you with:
• Video training on our product listing process
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to follow
• Access to the Lead Product Manager for guidance and support
Applicant needs to:
• Speak fluent English, both written and verbally
• Have at least 2 years of experience in product listing or content creation
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and creative
• Be available for weekly team calls
• Have a good eye for design and presentation
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week once transitioned to full-time (starting with a two-week trial period)
• Not currently work in another full-time job
We are looking for someone with experience in product listing and creative content, but ultimately, we want to work with someone who loves creating high-quality product pages and ad creatives. Consistency, accuracy, and creativity are key in this role.
