Role Summary:
We are looking for a Product Support Specialist with a strong background in short-term rental and property management (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO). While we will provide thorough training on our product, your experience in this sector and proficiency in English are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth understanding of our product and industry practices
Provide professional client support primarily via email, with occasional phone and Zoom interactions
Engage with clients in a courteous, well-presented manner, delivering expert guidance
Collaborate with our team to refine support processes and enhance client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:
Strong command of English in both written and verbal communication

Note: While some knowledge of financial accounting is required, we will provide all necessary training in this area.
