Product Sourcing Specialist (Private Label) with at least 3 years of Experience

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Sourcing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing products for Amazon Private Label. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying profitable products, managing supplier relationships, and executing effective sourcing strategies that align with Amazon FBA requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Identification: Research and analyze market trends to identify and source profitable products for Amazon Private Label.

Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with Amazon FBA requirements and company goals.

Quality Control: Monitor product quality and compliance with Amazon's standards, addressing any issues promptly.

Cost Management: Analyze costs and pricing to ensure competitive and profitable product offerings.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure a consistent supply chain.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and Amazon policies to make informed sourcing decisions.

Reporting: Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product sourcing for Amazon Private Label.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Amazon FBA requirements, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing tools/software.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
