Product Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Sourcing Specialist with experience in sourcing products from China suppliers specifically for dropshipping, excluding Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring product quality, and managing supplier relationships to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the dropshipping model and experience in working with manufacturers and wholesalers from China.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and establish relationships with reliable manufacturers, wholesalers, or dropshipping partners in China.
- Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Source dropshipping products that meet the brand’s specifications and market needs.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the brand's standards.
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Stay informed about market trends to source the best products for the brand.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in product sourcing with a focus on China-based suppliers for dropshipping.
- Strong understanding of dropshipping processes and supply chain management (not related to Amazon).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and ensure quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
