JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and motivated Product Research Specialist to identify winning products for our TikTok Ads campaigns. This role involves sourcing a minimum of 10 new products daily that align with specific guidelines provided by the team. The ideal candidate has a passion for market trends, a strong work ethic, and an eye for innovative and appealing products. Monthly performance bonuses are available for achieving high conversion rates with selected products.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify products with high potential for success on TikTok Ads, following detailed product criteria.
Analyze market trends, competitor ads, and audience preferences to discover unique and engaging items.
Maintain a daily output of 10 thoroughly researched product suggestions.
Provide detailed documentation for each product, including pricing, supplier options, and key selling points.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to refine product selection strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in product research, dropshipping, or eCommerce is a plus.
Familiarity with TikTok Ads and an understanding of trends that perform well on the platform.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify product opportunities quickly.
Creativity and a keen sense for what attracts consumers on TikTok.
Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
