Product Order Project Manager

As our Product Order Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all, orchestrating the journey to ensure products are delivered as designed and at great quality.

Reporting to our Head of Supply Chain, this is your chance to lead critical projects end-to-end, working across time zones with manufacturing partners in China and creative teams in the USA. You’ll own every aspect of the process: tracking orders with Gantt charts, aligning creative artwork (from our creative team) with production requirements, managing quality control (coordinating inspections), and delivering updates that keep leadership in the loop. Whether it’s tackling inspection schedules, resolving production risks, or fine-tuning workflows, your impact will be visible in every Styled Settings product that reaches a customer’s hands.

We’re looking for a master multitasker who can juggle complexity with grace, a proactive problem-solver who thinks three steps ahead, and a detail-driven communicator who thrives on collaboration. You don’t need to be an expert in kitchenware—just someone who loves beautiful products, values quality, and has the drive to see projects through to perfection.
