JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager to join our Prepared Environment team at Cosmic Education Group. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the research, development, and production of our proprietary educational materials, ensuring they meet our high academic standards and align with Montessori philosophy. This role requires long-term commitment and passion, as well as close collaboration with our program teams to ensure that our high-standard Montessori curriculum is supported by developmentally appropriate materials in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research, leading the development process, managing production, and collaborating with our programs to integrate materials effectively into the curriculum.

Core Job Responsibilities

As a product manager, you'll be responsible for focusing on the research, development, and production of our proprietary materials, ensuring they meet our academic standards and Montessori philosophy.

· Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand the needs of Guidepost program and analyze feedback from guides to continuously improve our materials.

· Development and Design: Lead the development process of proprietary educational materials, ensuring that they are designed to meet the academic standards and Montessori philosophy of Guidepost.

· Production Management: Oversee the production process, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Ensure that all materials adhere to established quality standards and comply with any relevant safety regulations.

· Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with programs to integrate the materials effectively into the curriculum. Provide support on the proper use of the materials and gather feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.

Qualifications

We’d love to speak with you if you have:

· Relevant educational background in pedagogy

· Montessori certified

· At least 2 years of front-line Montessori teaching experience

· Passion for and alignment with our mission
