WatchNation is a leading online watch retailer based in the UK. We are looking for a skilled freelance Product Listing Specialist to join our team to create and optimise product listings on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with WooCommerce, and a passion for SEO.

Key Responsibilities
• Product Data Management: Use brand-provided spec sheets to extract essential product information and create precise, informative listings in Excel.

• Cloud Integration: Efficiently transfer listings from Excel to our cloud-based backend system, following specific commands and procedures.

• WooCommerce Integration & Optimisation:
- Ensure seamless transfer of listings from the cloud to WooCommerce.
- Optimise categories on WooCommerce, maintaining consistency and accurate product placement for effective navigation and filtering.
- Update WooCommerce specifications to provide customers with the best-in-class product information, integrated smoothly into our navigation and filters.
- Verify the functionality of WooCommerce filters, enhancing customer experience and ensuring data accuracy on Google listings.

• Image Optimisation: Ensure that product images are correctly sized and appropriately scaled to the watch case size for the best visual impact on our site.

• SEO Optimisation: Use SEO best practices to optimize product listings, boosting visibility and organic traffic.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Excel (including formulas and data manipulation).
• Experience with WooCommerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
