Product Listing Expert for Amazon and Mirakl Marketplaces

Calypsa is a swimwear brand dedicated to providing comfortable, versatile, and stylish swimwear for women of all sizes. We sell directly to customers through our Shopify store and across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Mirakl platforms. We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Listing Assistant to support our current Product Listing Specialist in managing and optimizing product listings across these platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in listing new products on Amazon, Walmart, Mirakl platforms, and Shopify.
Fix and update existing product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets to upload and manage large volumes of product information.
Edit and resize product images, ensuring they meet marketplace requirements.
Create and manage image links for product listings.
Ensure that product titles, descriptions, and attributes align with marketplace guidelines.
Identify and resolve listing errors on Amazon, Walmart, Mirakl, and Shopify.
Monitor marketplace compliance and update listings as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before listings go live.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Mirakl platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify and product management.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and bulk uploads.
Ability to edit and resize images (basic Photoshop or Canva skills preferred).
Understanding of image hosting and creating image links for online use.
Must be a quick learner who can adapt to new platforms and processes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in e-commerce product listing or marketplace management.
Experience with bulk listing tools and data feeds.
