Product Lister for Multi 7-Figure Dropshipping Company

We run an E-commerce dropshipping business with multiple stores in different countries, doing multiple hundred orders per day. We are looking for a high level product lister who is eager to contribute to the success of our organisation. Someone who is capable of handling responsibilities, self-critical and pro-actively trying to be better every day.

You must understand the whole process and must be highly developed in the ecommerce and Shopify platform environment. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience we feel is necessary for this job.

So essentially this is a product listing job where you would have to follow a very clear workflow to keep our output as consistent as possible.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

- Shopify (eCommerce platform)
- Slack (communication channel)
- Google Sheets (for workflow)
- ChatGPT (AI tool)
- DeepL (Translation tool)

Responsibilities:

- In charge of listing products in shopify through a specific workflow and template.
- Be aware of the perfect output and correct the AI if it's not giving the perfect output. You have to be able to recognize, understand, and improve the mistakes of the AI - without a manger having to intervere and correct you on the mistakes
- Be on time with your tasks and perform them to the highest possible quality.

We will provide you with:

- Onboarding and training
- SOP's for all processes we work with
- Daily support from our manager who will guide you and give feedback

Applicant needs to:

- Highly motivated and eager to attribute to the growth of the company
- Be self-critical, eager to learn - and open to feedback
- Speak fluent English both written and verbally
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience in Shopify and eCommerce
- Be available for weekly team meetings
- Be available for a minimum of 8 hours per day, we will start with a 1 week trial and then turn from trial to full-time position if our manager is satisfied with the working standards.
