Product Development & Sourcing Specialist (Part-Time, Remote – Philippines)

ClickPogo is a fast-growing eCommerce startup focused on launching high-converting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. We identify winning products, develop them for the market, and scale through strategic advertising. We are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Specialist to turn product ideas into reality by managing supplier negotiations, product development, quality control, and supply chain logistics. This role is part-time (20 hours/week) with the potential to transition to full-time as the business grows.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in supplier communications, product sourcing, and supply chain logistics. You will be responsible for finding and developing products, testing quality, securing manufacturers, and overseeing the logistics from factory to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Sourcing

Research and identify high-potential products on Temu, Alibaba, and other wholesale networks

Contact and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality products

Oversee the product development cycle, from sample testing to final production

Work with factories to customize products, improve quality, and ensure compliance with branding requirements

Supply Chain & Logistics

Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from factory production to delivery

Coordinate shipping, customs, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations

Troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks and identify cost-saving opportunities

Product Testing & Quality Control

Arrange for product samples and conduct thorough quality testing before mass production

Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer demand to guide product selection

Identify unique selling points and opportunities for branding and differentiation

Requirements

? Proven experience in product sourcing, supplier negotiations, and eCommerce product development (Alibaba, Temu, direct manufacturers)? Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics? Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese manufacturers (bonus: Mandarin proficiency)? Familiarity with dropshipping, private labeling, and DTC brands? Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in price negotiation? Ability to solve supply chain challenges efficiently

Preferred Experience

???? Previous experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or eCommerce fulfillment???? Knowledge of shipping logistics (air & sea freight, customs, tariffs, etc.)???? Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance

Position Details

Part-Time: 20 hours per week (potential to grow into full-time)

Salary Range: $700 - $1,000/month (based on experience)

Remote Position (Philippines-based preferred)
