The Position
As part of strengthening our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Technical Product Compliance Manager who will play a key role in verifying and ensuring the compliance of our imported equipment with applicable European standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire technical compliance process for imported products
- Create and maintain technical files for our entire product range
- Monitor regulatory developments and analyze the impact of new standards
- Coordinate with our Chinese suppliers to obtain and validate technical documentation
- Organize and supervise compliance tests (electrical, mechanical, materials...)
- Establish sampling plans for quality control
- Draft CE declarations of conformity and other regulatory documents
- Manage non-conformities and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions
- Support the sales team on technical aspects of products
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in engineering, quality or regulatory compliance
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the professional equipment sector
- Expertise in European standards applicable to professional kitchen equipment (EN 60335, EN 1672, EN 1673...)
- Mastery of CE certification processes and associated documentation requirements
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality controls
- Experience working with Asian suppliers highly appreciated
- Perfect command of professional English, Chinese would be a significant asset
