Job Overview:
This is a fully remote position. We are looking for a Process Documentation Specialist who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about maintaining comprehensive process documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and creating clear, accessible documentation of our internal processes. You will collaborate with team members and leadership to gather, document, and refine operational workflows, ensuring they are well-organized within our Zoho Learning and Knowledgebase Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
-Process Documentation: Collaborate with various departments to accurately document company procedures, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with current practices.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and team members to ensure consistency in process documentation and streamline workflow across the organization.
-Shadowing: Observe key team members and leadership to gain a thorough understanding of operational procedures, ensuring that every detail is captured in the documentation.
-Organize and transfer finalized documents into the Zoho Learning System and Zoho Knowledgebase System.
-Training Support: Assist in the creation of training materials based on documented processes to support staff development and knowledge sharing.
-Potential Growth: Based on performance, there may be an opportunity to transition into a trainer role, facilitating new hire onboarding and training sessions.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in process documentation or a similar role.
-Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with Zoho or similar knowledge management systems is preferred.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
-Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and document them in a clear and concise manner.
-Must be available to dedicate time exclusively to Palmer Construction, without other employment commitments.
-Comfortable participating in regular team meetings and collaborative sessions.
