Job Overview:
This is a Fully Remote role. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Documentation Specialist to update and maintain our internal processes. This role is integral to ensuring all procedures are well-documented, up-to-date, and accessible in our Zoho Learning and Knowledgebase Systems. The specialist will work closely with key tea
Responsibilities:
-Update and document company processes with precision, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
-Collaborate with our Executive Assistant and other tea
-Shadow tea
-Organize and transfer finalized documents into the Zoho Learning System and Zoho Knowledgebase System.
-Support the development of training materials and resources as needed.
-Opportunity to transition into a trainer role, leading new hire training and onboarding, contingent on exceptional performance.
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Experience with process documentation or a similar role.
-Proficiency in Zoho or similar knowledge management systems preferred.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Must not have other jobs during employment with Palmer Construction.
-Must be comfortable participating in and contributing to regular meetings and collaborative sessions.
