We are looking for a Virtual Front Desk Coordinator to manage patient communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Job Overview
We are hiring a remote Patient Coordinator to work full-time from 8 AM - 5 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time). This is an independent contractor role, paying $5 per hour.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in patient coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high call volumes while ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities
? Outbound & Inbound Calls
Make 25-100 outbound calls daily for appointment confirmations, patient follow-ups, and lead conversions.
Answer 80%+ of inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
? Patient Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule new and returning patients efficiently using GoHighLevel CRM & LeadConnector mobile app.
Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely treatments.
? Customer Service & Patient Support
Provide compassionate and professional patient interactions.
Guide patients on office policies, treatments, and financial options when applicable.
Ensure patients feel welcomed and valued.
? Administrative Support
Keep the virtual front desk organized and patient interactions efficient.
Maintain follow-ups to ensure a 50% minimum show rate for scheduled new patients (65% = great, 80% = outstanding).
Requirements
? Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus but not required).
? Prior experience in patient coordination, medical front desk, or similar roles.
? Tech-savvy – Proficient in scheduling software, EHR systems, and phone systems.
? Strong communication skills – Clear, professional, and patient-friendly.
? Highly organized & detail-oriented – Ability to handle a high call volume and multi-task effectively.
? Independent & proactive – Able to problem-solve and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Work Schedule
