Job Overview:
------------------------
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our Etsy and Shopify stores. You will be responsible for order fulfillment, customer service, product listing creation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
------------------------
E-commerce Management:
- Manage Etsy and Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory, and customer communication.
- Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries.
- Create new product listings with compelling descriptions and high-quality images.
- Optimize listings for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and sales.

Print-on-Demand Management:
- Upload designs to Printify and ensure proper product alignment.
- Create product mockups in Canva using provided templates.
- Upload mockups and product details to Shopify and Etsy.
- Double-check all uploads for accuracy before publishing.

Qualifications:
------------------------
Essential:
- Proven experience managing Etsy and Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Canva (must have Canva Pro).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience with Printify and print-on-demand processes.

Desirable:
- Experience with graphic design and photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop).
- Availability during mornings (Philippine time) to facilitate collaboration.
