Print shop customer service

We are a print shop in NY looking for someone to Communicate with customers by email and phone, get the orders and upload in our Print Management system, communicate with production with any questions they have.

Must have experience in working for a print shop, understand how printing works, as well as different finishes and paper types
Must speak and write a prefect english,
