Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent with extensive experience in sales recovery, particularly in Abandon Cart programs. This role involves actively reaching out to potential customers who have shown interest in products or services but did not
complete the purchase. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in converting abandoned carts into successful sales, using their excellent communication skills and persuasive techniques to engage customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, with experience in
recovery programs and an ability to adapt their sales pitch to meet customer needs. Familiarity
with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and a strong understanding of customer behavior
are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
? Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using scripts.
? Implement targeted Sales Recovery strategies focused on abandoned and declined orders to recover lost sales and boost revenue
? Answer customer questions and provide detailed product information.
? Tailor sales pitches to specific customer needs, overcoming objections to close sales.
? Understand customer requirements and ensure a high close rate.
? Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
? Process orders efficiently and ensure accuracy in all sales-related tasks.
? Handle customer grievances professionally to preserve the company's reputation.
? Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, going the extra mile to facilitate future sales.
? Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for analysis and improvement.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience of 2+ years as an outbound sales representative, with a strong focus
on Sales Recovery through abandoned and declined orders, abandoned cart programs, or similar sales recovery roles.
? Demonstrated track record of successful sales with a high close rate, especially in upselling and hard selling.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
? Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
? Excellent knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
? Ability to learn about products and services quickly and explain them clearly to prospects.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a commitment to
achieving sales targets.

Work Location
The chosen candidate will be able to work remotely from their location in Manila.
Rate and Commission
? $700-$800 - Depending on the experience
? 2-4% Net Sales Commission (Subject to change every month)
