Premiere Pro Interview Editor Needed

Looking for an editor who can edit a 2 hour Interview and create transcript. I am looking for 3 cameras plus audio to be put on a timeline to then make 3x 90 second videos and potentially 5x reels cut down from this. I am first just looking to get the whole interview all lined up on the timeline to then get a transcript from this, then to create the video cut downs.

We will pay $350 USD for this which includes the 3x 90 second videos and transcript and 5x reels.

The turnaround time is 1 week.

What is needed for position:
Good wifi to download projects.
Able to download 10+ GB files to their computer to edit.
Must edit in Premiere Pro.
Have a computer that can edit 4K footage.
